CO2 Welding Cable for Welding Torch
Applications:
This cable is used to connect welding machine and welding torch. CO2 go through the inner tube as protective
gas. It has many advantages, such as high conductivity, excellent flexibility, anti-cracking, anti-aging, wear
resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardant, low smoke non-
toxic etc.

Construction:
Inner tube: Thermoplastic elastomer.
Control core
Conductor: Stranded annealed copper wire
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene, blue, brown.
Twisted copper wire harness: Stranded annealed copper (copper content at least 99.95%)
Nylon filled
Wrapped cotton paper: Spirally covered on the copper wiring harness and control cores.
Outer sheath: Cross-linked polyethylene, black.
Technical requirement
1 .Inner tube hardness: Shore 90-95.
2、Maximum conductor long-term operating temperature: 125℃.
3、Minimum bending radius of cable: ≥6×OD.
4、Outer sheath hardness: Shore 85±5.
